    If the client cancels at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If the client cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

    *Reservations – subject to availability, will be made upon confirmation of the above and receipt of full payment. In the event mentioned, hotels are not available reservations will be made at similar hotels.

    Booking Information

    Once your booking details are submitted, we will begin processing your reservation. A 20% deposit is required at this stage. Upon receiving your payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 6 hours. The remaining 80% balance must be paid before the start of tour.

    *Management will not be responsible for any belongings that are lost or stolen or damaged during the tour.

    Itinerary
    Day 01 : Airport - Kandy
    • Arrive at Sri Lanka Katunayake International Airport. Warm welcome from our Ceylon Discovery Holidays representative and chauffeur at the airport.
    • After assistance at the airport proceed to Kandy.
    • En route visit the amazing Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
    • Get to know about Sri Lankan spices — take part in a spice garden visit & enjoy a free Ayurvedic massage.
    • Check in to hotel & get a quick refresh.
    • Visit one of the biggest attractions in Sri Lanka — the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (also known as “Kandy Temple” or “Dalada Maligawa”).
    • Kandy Lake Walk – Enjoy a peaceful walk around the scenic lake.
    • If time permits, take part in a Sri Lankan traditional Kandyan cultural show.
    • Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.
    Day 02 : Kandy - Bentota
    • After breakfast at the hotel proceed to visit the Royal Botanical Garden at Peradeniya.
    • Learn about the famous Ceylon Gem Museum.
    • Discover how Sri Lankan handicrafts and batik garments are made.
    • Visit a tea factory & tea plantation — experience the authentic tea culture of Sri Lanka.
    • Famous stopover on the way to Sri Lankan hills — Giragama Tea Factory.
    • Then proceed to Bentota.
    • Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.
    Day 03 : Bentota
    • After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Bentota city.
    • Experience an amazing boat ride in the Madu River through the mangroves (red water trees).
    • Visit the Turtle Hatchery — learn and experience about Sri Lankan turtles.
    • Bentota is famous for its water sports — Jet Ski, Banana & Tube Boating, Diving, Snorkeling, Kite Surfing, Fishing & Deep Sea Fishing are among the popular options.
    • Visit Kande Viharaya Buddha Temple.
    • Wind down, take a walk on the beach, and witness the most beautiful sunset over the Indian Ocean.
    • Overnight stay and relax at the hotel.
    Day 04 : Bentota - Colombo - Airport
    • After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Colombo.
    • Visit Galle Face Green & the Old Parliament Building in Sri Lanka.
    • Next visit Independence Square, Independence Arcade & drive past BMICH.
    • Visit the beautiful Gangaramaya Temple and capture stunning memories.
    • Take a small walk in Viharamahadevi Park and admire local Ceylon paintings.
    • Visit Jami-Ul-Alfar Masjid (also known as “Red Mosque”) and explore the vibrant Pettah Bazaar.
    • Continue with shopping at ODEL, House of Fashion, Ceylon Tea Shops, Sri Lankan Handicrafts & many more.
    • After breakfast or lunch, proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport.
