If client cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If client cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Reservations – subject to availability, will be made upon confirmation of the above and receipt of full payment. In the event mentioned hotels are not available reservations will be made at similar hotels.

Payment Options – Cash (On pick up at the hotel) / Bank Transfer
