Tour's Itinerary

Day 01 : Ramayana Places /Jaffna

· Meet your guide on arrival at Colombo Bandaranayake International Airport representatives and travel to Jaffna.
· En route visit Hindu Munneswaram covil(free visit)

Day 02 : Jaffna town city tour/Point Pedro/Nagadeepa

· After having breakfast visit Nallur Kovil.
· After that travel to Nagadeepa.
· Visit Nagadeepa and Indrakshi temple.
· Then visit Point Pedro.
· Overnight stay hotel in Jaffna

Day 03 : Trincomalee/Luxmi Kovil/Kali Amman Kovil

· After breakfast leave for Trincomalee.
· Visit Lakshmi Kovil.
· Visit Pathirakali Amman temple.
· Spend some time on the beach.
· Overnight stay hotel in Trincomalee.

Day 04 : Trincomalee/Koneshawram Temple and Shankar Devi Temple/Sigiriya

· Next day morning visit ShankarDevi covil and Shakti peetham.

Day 05 : Sigiriya/Matale Hindu Temple/Kandy Murugan Temple

· After breakfast leave for Kandy.
· You can visit the Gem museum.
· Visit Spice garden in Matale.
· Visit Matale Hindu Kovil.
· Travel to Kandy.
· Visit Murugan temple Kandy.
· Visit the Temple of Tooth.
· Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 06 : Sita kotuwa/Ravanaair craft repair centre/Yahangala

· After breakfast leave for Mahiyanganaya.
· Visit sita kotuwa the city had a beautiful place for queen Mandotharisurround by waterfalls streams and varieties of flora and fauna. Sitadevi kept this place until she was moved ashoka vatika sita kotuwa means sita, s fort and got its name because of sita devis stay here.

Day 07 : Nuwara Eliya

· After checking out from the hotel travel deeper into the tea-growing hills and have the option to wind through the mountains with magnificent Views.
· En-route to Nuwara Eliya you will visit Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple On these hills of Ramboda where Hanuman was searching for Sitadevi, the Chinmaya mission of Sri Lanka built a temple with Hanuman as the presiding deity (free visit)
Visit waterfall.
· Gayathri peedam temple Hindu temple and Ashoka Vatika (Gayathri peedam is believed to be the place from where king Ravana's son meganathpropitiated lord shiva with penance and pooja,s and in turn was granted super natural power by lord shiva(free visit)
· Visit Seetha Amman temple there is a stream by the side of the temple it is believed that Sita Devi bathed in this stream it is interesting to note that foot prints of lord hanumans are found on the rocks along this river and some are of small size and some are of large size(free visit)
· Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 08 : Ravana Cave/Ravana Waterfall/Kataragama

· After wards drive to Kataragama
· En route visit divurumpola this is the place where sitadevi underwent (Agni test) Sita reached her husband.
· Visit ravana cave (These tunnels proved beyond doubt the architectural brilliance of king ravana.
· After lunch visit Ella gap & Ravana waterfalls.
· Drive to Katharagama.
· This is the temple of lord karthikeya subramaniam at katharagama lord karthikeya was request to go to the battlefield by lord Indra on the last day of war. This was done protect lord Rama from the wrath of brahmaasthram shot by king ravana which otherwise would have weakened lord Rama.
· Overnight stay in Katharagama.

Day 09 : Ussangoda/Rumassala/Bentota

· After breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Colombo.
· En route visit Ussangoda and Rumassala Sanjeewani Drop.
· Rumassalais a massive hill oddly out of place in the landscape just outside the Galle harbor. Legend details that during the Rama –Rawana war Rama’s brother Luxhmana, was injured and Hanuman was sent to the Himalayas to fetch medicinal herbs. Hanuman forgot the name of the herb but he brought a chunk of the peak containing many herbs. However, the mountain fragment slipped and broke into five pieces of which one fell to Rumassala. It should be noted that the renowned scientist Sir Arthur C. Clerk has a bungalow in the precincts of Rumassala, as it is said to be the place that has the highest specific gravity globally.
· This is situated on the Southern Coast between Ambalantota and Tangalle.Legend: According to Ramayana, after meeting Seetha Devi Lord Hanuman decided to test the strength of the mighty King Ravana and his army of Rakshasas. In the event that unfolded Lord Hanuman’s tail was set on fire by the Rakshasas, who in turn went on to torch some parts of King Ravana’s empire. Ussangoda is one of the torched areas, which is said to have been an airport used by King Ravana.
· Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 10 : Vibeeshana Temple/Colombo shopping/Departure

· After having breakfast visit Vibeeshana temple.
· It is believed that Kelaniya is the place from where king Vibeeshana ruled after being crowned by Lakshmana as lord Rama was in exile for 14 years and could not take part in any coronation ceremony deputed his younger brother prince Lakshmana to crown Vibeeshana.
· Visit Anjanyar temple.
· Then you can go shopping in Colombo.
· Overnight Stay Hotel in Colombo.

Day 11 : Colombo city

· En-route you will have a city tour in Colombo.
· Colombo- the capital of Sri Lanka-is the largest city and main port of Sri Lanka.
· It is also the commercial and financial center of Sri Lanka.
· A bustling metropolis, the city is an attractive blend of old and new.
· It has the lazy charm of the bygone era combined with the verve and vivaciousness of a modern city.
· Visit the important places in the capital city Colombo, such as Parliament, Gangarama Temple, Independence square, Galle face Green, Museum, and world trade center.
· Transfer to the airport on time for the flight.
